September 14:  SopHop run
We at Salubrious are deeply saddened by the sudden loss of our running
friend, Michael L. Schrock. Michael passed away the morning of February 25th in a tragic accident. You may remember that Mike was in charge of the SopHop run, in memory of one of his architect friends, Mark Sopko, who passed away from a lymphoma cancer. This run is now in memoriam for Michael as well.  The run benefits the Lymphoma Research Foundation. It would be AWESOME if we could get on our Salubrious shirts and honor our friend, Michael. 

October 5th; Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon and 10 mile
Remind your friends and family that volunteers are needed.  If you've run the marathon in the past but aren't this year, think about giving back and volunteering!!! click here to find out more about volunteer opportunities.

October 11th; Whistle Stop Marathon and 1/2 Marathon  Several Salubrians are going to run this one!!  Think about it as a great alternative if you don't get into the TC10!
